The touch screen precisely adjusts the wrapping tension.
The maximum pre-stretching ratio can reach 350%, saving the amount of wrapping film.
A. Rubber Coated roller + 300% pre-stretch rate for the film. Our machine outperforms the market standard of 250% stretch rate, saving you 20% in costs.
B. Pre-stretch is a standard function, but most machines in the market use glue to adhere the rubber to the roller, which easily breaks during operation and often causes excessive wrinkling of the film. This can be problematic, especially if there are labels on the pallet, making it difficult to scan the barcodes.
