After looking for about ten one-stop design and decoration companies, I finally chose Balens. The reason is that the price is affordable and the design style is what we like. Moreover, Mr Ong and Jia Ying have a very good attitude and will listen to our needs and give some practical design suggestions.

The design is in line with the warm feeling we want. Friends all like it when they come to our home, especially our kitchen❤️

The foreman Zul is also very responsible and supervises the progress of the project. The finished house is very similar to our design drawings.
If you have any questions, they will be responsible and their after-sales service is very good.
If I have a friend who wants to design a house, I will definitely recommend this one to them😊

I have had the pleasure to work with Balens Design for my old house renovation .Although known them from the Facebook but the level of trust given by them was very high.
